About Seminars in Greece

Summer Seminars in Greece offers four weeks of immersion in the literary life of contemporary Greece. Following five days of exhilarating cultural fare in Athens, we will relocate by boat to the Cycladic island of Serifos, where the remainder of the session will include modern Greek language study, creative writing workshops, and evening visits with contemporary Greek and American writers, with whom we hope to establish ongoing projects of mutual translation that will further enrich a continuing literary exchange.
